■Job Description
Responsible for leading the implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
【Key Responsibilities】
・Responsible for key market development initiatives related to current or/and new product development. Perform projects of complex scope as a project manager. Develop new processes to meet project needs, and for designing projects to suit the financial, operating, legal, regulatory and operating criteria elements of a project.
・Partner with local Japan BUs for Strat Plan, KOD and AOP including country updates, macro market overview, market data alignment, general challenges and issues, new approaches and etc., and subsequently work with BUs to formulate high level strategies and strategic action plans.
・Research and identify business opportunities, maintain surveillance on the market. Develop and monitor profitability, productivity, and growth targets. Plan and coordinate business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures, and financial analysis.
・Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative market development opportunities. Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential business partners; new markets, products and services; or other business opportunities so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions.

【Education and Experience】
Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 10 years years experience relevant working experience in related field (e.g. business development, finance, marketing, sales) in multinational healthcare or medical device companies Required
Excellent Business Development and Strategy experiences and hands-on sales and marketing experiences with multinational healthcare or medical devices companies Preferred
【Additional Skills】
・Excellent knowledge and experience in market research projects, consolidating internal thoughts to compose RFP, assess external market research companies, incorporate findings from market research to 'make the market' with long term plan.
・Good team player, self-motivated, result oriented, problem solver with strong ownership and leadership skills.
・Proven successful project management skills
・Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including influencing and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
・Able to work in a matrix environment
・Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
・Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organization
・Expert understanding and interpretation of complicated market dynamics, identify and quantify market potential, build business case with both business and financial analysis skills.
・Strict attention to detail
・Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
・Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
・Represents leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers, team and middle management
・Consult in project setting within specific areas, interfacing with low to middle management
・Provides leadership to outsourcing partners on a task level, and may participate on small scale RFP
・Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
