| 職務内容 | The Product Segment Manager role is to ensure achievement of territory sales objectives in line with the Company's mission, to control, organize and direct sales activities through both strategic and tactical activities, and to provide regular reports on status of specific sequencing sales, the market and competitor activities. Job duties include but are not limited to: ・Represents the company professionally, ethically and morally at all times. ・Develops high value customer accounts through the sale of Sequencing products and services. ・Provides regular and accurate sales forecast updates. ・Assists with the development of a customized territory plan - and follows territory plan to provide best return on sales territory and consolidation of travel - time management. ・Develops a strategic marketing plan for genetic analysis sales. ・Executes on plan for genetic analysis sales. ・Spends at least 60% of their time in the field developing customer relationships. ・Negotiates all genetic analysis sales in territory and generates associated sales contracts and quotations. ・Works with the Oligonucleotide sales team to maximize cross-selling benefits. ・Works with other vendors to maximize and leverage sales opportunities. ・Becomes technically knowledgeable and gives seminar presentations on all our products. ・Maintains an effective, professional working relationship with internal customers and product development groups. ・Helps launch future our products. ・Assists in the design of marketing and promotional materials for the genetic analysis business. ・Assists, as time permits, with other business development activities. |
| 応募要件 | ・MS degree and/or PhD in Life Sciences. ・Well developed professional and strategic sales skills with proven ability to develop and grow key accounts through networking at all levels on the customer organization. ・Highly motivated and successful individual who enjoys a challenging and dynamic work environment. ・Strong desire to win business and establish long term customer relationships. ・3 to 5 years of experience in Life Science sales or a related area. ・Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. ・Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills. ・Detail and service oriented individual. ・Strong technical background in molecular biology or genomics is required. 語学力:日本語、英語でのコミュニケーション力【中級以上】、交渉力。 |
