| 職務内容 | As the local representative of the product marketing managers, this role is responsible for all aspects of product marketing including messaging and product launch, training, sales collateral, local website, events and marketing programs. Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and sales team to develop strategies and determine appropriate tactics and actions to market our products and applications to meet Japanese market requirements. Work closely with the marcom specialist to implement the marketing programs and create sales collateral and maintain the local web site. Cover both next generation sequencing and microarray based products. 【Products】 ・To be a single contact point for product related matters ・Deliver product training specific to the Japanese market to sales team and other staff as appropriate. Training includes (and not limit to) background science and technology, product description and information, target customers, competitive analaysis. ・Prepare and implement new product launches ・Localize and/or create sales collaterals in collaboration with marcom specialist ・Maintain Japanese web site with marcom specialist (provide content) ・Respond to product related questions and issues from the field and coordinate internal and external communication and messaging ・Analyse product sales trends and propose Japan specific actions ・Maintain Japanese price list ・Provide product related presentation at a on-site seminar as required ・Responsible for the regulatory requirement for products 【Marketing program】 ・Work with Regional Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and a marketing plan for products ・Execute on all product related aspects of the marketing plan (e.g. conferences, tradeshows, seminars, user groups, promotions, fliers, e-marketing, advertisement etc) ・Collect and analyse the competition dynamics and provide training and sales tools |
| 応募要件 | ・Tertiary level qualifications in the Biological Sciences. ・Minimum of 2 years laboratory experience in life science research. ・Minimum of 2 years experience in sales/marketing. ・Formal qualifications in marketing/business studies desirable. ・Excellent organizational skills. ・Professional communications, self presentation and inter-personal skillsSuperior knowledge of product range, associated technologies and applications including genotyping, sequencing, gene expression. ・Business level Japanese and English required. |
